Started as an engineer with Israel Atomic Energy Commission, proceeded to the Dead Sea in construction of a chlorine plant, migrated to the US in 1977, worked in the design and construction of chemical plants and hazardous waste water treatment, and in 1987 started my environmental consulting and construction firm; became a pioneer in the Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; inspected oil fields for Texaco USA, over 500 Phase I reports for City of Anaheim, remediated lead contamination for City of Arcadia, and specialized in leaking underground storage tanks. Provided environmental expertise to courts and law firms in dozens of cases. I came to understand that every problem has a solution that is to be found in recognizing the components of the problem. My reward is in providing knowledge to clients and associates that helps them improve by their own estimation.
